  • Q: Are you trading company or manufacturer?

    A:  We are manufacturer located in Ningbo, Zhejiang province.

  • Q: What are your product categories?

    A:  We have wide product lines, such as inflatable tents, camping tents, pop-up tents, tunnel tents, car rear tents, kid tents and so on.

  • Q: How are the quality of your products?

    A:  We consider quality as our life,and strictly control each manufacturing processing of products before shipment.

  • Q: Can make sample according to customer requirements?

     A:  We welcome all customers to make the samples, or send the sample set.

  • Q: How long is the delivery time?

    A:  Usually 30-40 days for mass production, depending on different model. Add 15-20 days during the Spring Festival. 

  • Q: What is your payment term?

    A: Generally 30 deposit, 70% before shipment

  • Q: How long is the quality warranty period?

    A: Depending on the type of the tent, take car rear tent as example, if there are no human-induced damages to the quality within one year, our company will be fully responsible for it.
